We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery so long as it remains in a saleable condition. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser.

• When your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail.
  
• As soon as you receive your order, please check that it is what you ordered and that it is in good condition.
  
• If you wish to return or cancel the order, you must call us within 24 hours of delivery.

• We will ask whether you want a refund or an exchange, and the reason for the return.
