How will I know that you've received my order?

After your order has passed through our security checks, we will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received.

Only part of my order has arrived

If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, click here to email our Customer Services Department customerservices@pad-decor.com or call us on 01243-779696 between 9.00am and 7.00pm, Monday to Friday.

How do I change or cancel an order?

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact our Customer Services Department customerservices@pad-decor.com by email or call us on 01243-779696 between 9.00am and 7.00pm, Monday to Friday. It would be helpful if you could have the following details to hand:

Customer name
Order number
Date of the order

Orders are normally processed immediately so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 14 days of delivery (see our returns section for further details on our Returns Policy).

If you wish to cancel the order after delivery, you must have contacted us within 24 hours of that delivery. Please see our returns section for further details.

Order acceptance policy

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with these procedures.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services Department.

The sales contract is completed in England. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
